My Roadmap for an At-Home Spa Day
I am literally the worst when it comes to being consistent with pampering myself. I’m known to skip toning shampoo for my blonde highlights, let exfoliating slip my mind, and a manicure? Fuhgetaboutit. In an attempt to be an adult, slow down, and take a deep breath (with a loofa in hand - totally not weird), I decided to give myself a spa day.
Some of my favorites that I used were this Dr. Brandt Microdermabrasion exfoliator. It didn’t make me 1. insanely red or 2. break out. I call this a giant win. Continuing on the Dr. Brandt wagon, I was wooed by this Hydro Biotic Recovery Sleep Mask. Dare I say that I like it better than the Jet Lag Mask by Summer Fridays? There, I said it. The Jet Lag Mask makes my face super red, but I haven’t been able to find anyone who agrees with me. It might just be a reaction I’m having, but if you’ve experienced the same, let me know. I need to know I’m not being a diva about this. Lastly, I’ve been a fan of Hair Mayonnaise for years and yes, it sounds gross. But, yes, it works.
