On July 27, 2011, I passed a comedian in the hallway of Gotham Comedy Club in New York City. I had just completed my first ever standup comedy set. I had been terrible.
"Good job," the comedian nodded my way just before taking the stage.
That comedian was Jim Gaffigan.
Countless open mics, several shows, and three and a half years later, it's safe to say I'm still at it. And Jim's passing comment has helped me to keep going.
I'm now on a quest to find Jim's shoe size because obviously he needs a pair of Dad is Fat Qustom Quinns. Help me in my search! PLZ?
