I've mentioned before that exercise is what helps to keep me grounded, energized, and forward-thinking. Although I like to try new workouts, I tend to gravitate towards a solid few that always manage to challenge me. Here are two of my go-tos for those days I want to mix it up:

Cardio Killer

Jump Rope - 1 minute

High Knees - 1 minute

Butt Kicks - 1 minute

Jumping Jacks - 1 minute

Burpees - 20

Run - 10 minutes

Jump Rope - 1 minute

High Knees - 1 minute

Butt Kicks - 1 minute

Jumping Jacks - 1 minute

Pushups - 10

Tricep Dips - 10

Run - 10 minutes

Jump Rope - 1 minute

High Knees - 1 minute

Butt Kicks - 1 minute

Jumping Jacks - 1 minute

Mountain Climbers - 1 minute

Burpees - 20

Drop a Pants Size Workout - repeat 4x

Squats - 25

Single Leg Deadlift - 10 each leg

Single Leg Kickback - 10 each leg

Plie Squat - 25

High Knees - 1 minute

Calf Raises - 20

Side Lunges - 15

Split Squats - 25

Walking Lunge - 10 each leg

Butt Kicks - 1 minute

Run - 20 minutes
