- At-Home Workout -
I love to customize (qustomize ;) most workout plans/suggestions to fit into my lifestyle. It can be difficult to stick to a set schedule and I always have a couple of quick workouts that I can pull out if I know I won't have time for a full blown gym sesh. Here is one that I recentlyfound and love:
I repeat this workout 2-4x depending on the time I have available. Since it doesn't take super long, I'll supplement it with a half hour of my favorite cardio. Sometimes that's walking the dog, a run, or practicing some kickboxing moves.
