You guys already know this, but - I'm allergic to the kitchen. Yet I love to eat. So you can see how this is difficult ;) In an effort to slowly make myself more adult, I've started small. With the NutriBullet.
Since I can successfully make a smoothie, I figured I would give a super basic version of an acai bowl a try. I actually really liked it + maybe you'll even see more of these from me soon!
- 1 frozen acai berry packet or your own acai blend (I absolutely did not use my own ;)
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon raw cacao powder
- 1 tablespoon maca powder
- 1/4 cup almonds
- 1 cup of milk alternative (I kept with the almond theme)
- 2 cups of ice
